Fastening elements for electronics

Our long-standing partners from Asia manufacture fastening elements and many other turned & milled parts for us, suitable for almost any application.

These include fully automatic components with internal or external threads, spacers, connection blocks and much more.

These are used, for example, to stack PCBs and ensure a secure hold, to fix accessories such as heat sinks and other components to the PCB or to attach the PCB itself to the housing or carrier material.

Of course, there are countless other applications in which the components can be used.

In most cases, the fastening elements are made of brass, which is nickel-plated and tin-plated after mechanical processing in order to obtain a high-quality surface that is easy to solder. However, other materials can also be used at the customer's request. The surface coating can also be realised with various gold platings if the application requires it.

The fastening elements can be supplied loose in a bag or on a reel (Tape&Reel) with or without a placement aid to enable automatic PCB placement.
