Power MOSFET´s from DIOTEC

Diotec Semiconductor AG, based in Heitersheim, Germany, is significantly expanding its portfolio. Having limited itself to diodes and their derivatives in the past, it has now taken the next step.

Diotec is now also offering Power MOSFETS. For the time being, the focus here is on N-channel MOSFETs. These are currently available in SOT-23, D-PAK and TO-220AB packages. The dielectric strength of the drain-source voltage is currently max. 250V. In the area of P-channel MOSFETs, only the SOT-23 design is currently available. The drain-source voltage here is max. -50V.

Areas of application include DC drives, power supplies and power tools.

Diotec Semiconductors is currently planning the next step: the dielectric strength of the components is to be increased so that a wider range of values can be covered. Voltages up to 800V are being planned.
